Qantas Freight is Australia’s largest independent air freight services business, getting over 4000 air freight shipments across more than 500 destinations globally.
As the Officer Customer Support, you will be responsible for working within the Freight Customer Service team, handling bookings for both International and Domestic freight shipments, engaging with our customers, managing bookings and disruptions. You will also be responsible for meeting KPIs, communicating issues and recovery actions to customers and internal departments, and providing recommendations on improvement areas.
You’ll have –
- Strong and passionate customer service focus
- Positive and engaged attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of Customer Service process and procedures
- Self-motivated, customer orientated with initiative and ability to achieve results
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Ability to work under time and resource constraints in order to meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a high-volume call centre or face-to-face customer service would be highly regarded.
